YZMA
Yzma's main goal in life is to overthrow Kuzco and become Empress of the Empire. In DIsney's The Emperor's New Groove; she first appears sitting in the Emperor's Throne. She'll stop at nothing to be the Empress and designs a plan to kill Kuzco. This plan fails as Kuzco is turned into a llama, however, Yzma is able to convince the people of the Emperor's death and for a short time lives her dream of being Empress. Her envy of Kuzco is very apparent throughout the entire film, through very humerous it is clear Yzma is evil and and suffers from many of the sins, envy winning above the rest.
Envy
Envy is the desire for another's traits, abilities, status or situation. According to "The Traveller's Guide to Hell: Don't Leave This World Without It," the punishment in hell for envy is to be put in freezing water, brr!
RANDALL
Randall Boggs is one of the most envious of the Disney villians. He fumes with hate towards Sully and Mike as they continue to reign above him for scare records. He's so overrun with jealousy that he joins forces with Henry J. Waternoose II the CEO of Monsters Inc. to develop a scare machine that will suck the screams out of children.
With his growing hatred and envy, Randall wants nothing but to destroy Sully, Mike and Boo. His fate is well deserved as he's overcome with this sin.
